WELCOMING- Usher a new member into the family.
Share in the story of how this gift was anticipated and the joy of planning for the future. Include the good wishes of the
parents and grandparents and even the siblings. Add a special offering of dedication, by those present to commit their loving encouragement
in the rearing of the child. This same idea holds true for a child adopted into the family at any age. What a gift to know
how much you are wanted. Every child wants to feel valued.

COMING OF AGE- When the time comes to have a celebration for your child, include
the reasons you admire them, as they mature. The encouragement
that you belive in your son or daughter will empower them. Sure, throw them a party. But be sure to throw them your observations
on what they are doing right, as they become adults. They will never forget it.

WEDDING-
Too many folks are opting out of attending the wedding ceremony and going straight to the reception. Maybe
it's because many ceremonies could be repeated for someone else with just a change of names. Let's define who the
bride is; who the groom is; how they fell in love and what their hopes and dreams are for the future. Finally... we get
a picture of the marriage we celebrate. And the bride and groom receive a gift, not listed on their
registry... support. Whether a simple ceremony or one full of symbolism and personalization; it's uniquely yours.

RETIREMENT- The end
of a career deserves to be marked with praise for accomplishments made along the way. Show your appreciation for all of the
years of hard work by having a keynote speaker acknowledge the time and effort that made this person an asset. Relationships
with coworkers and employers play a strong role, while the role as 'family provider' adds yet another dimension
in this Celebration of a Lifetime,
